A special hot pot made with a broth of locally brewed sake and miso from Western Awa,
featuring 8 different ingredients from Oboke, Iya Valley, and the local area — a "lucky" eight-ingredient spread.
Finish with boiled Handa somen noodles in the flavorful broth.
Ingredients include Tokushima pork, fresh shiitake mushrooms, Iya stone tofu, Iya konnyaku (yam jelly),
a "lucky pouch" with buckwheat grains, and three types of seasonal vegetables.
